This week’s episode of bach was hometowns week, which I love!!! It seems like something major always happens this week. If the front runner has a bad hometown date, big things can change. Let’s just get into the deets!!!
I still love watching Peter and Hannah together. They’re fun! And she’s definitely her silly self with him.
Did anyone else think it was so funny to see a pilot drive a car? Hahahah I liked this. Alsooooo. Peter is so sweet and romantic! He wants a copilot for life. I love it!
I always love how hometown dates can bring out the passion in people. We hear Peter talk a lot about his love of flying, but it’s so sweet to see it in action! He made this date so fun by pointing out the mansion (“Where we first met” – how cute??) and the house where he grew up. This is what I’d want in a hometown date!!
The only thing I don’t love about this date is that I feel like she’s not as into him as he is her. Do you guys think so?
Now to the family portion – wow!! His family is so sweet and wholesome. He obviously loves his parents and has such a soft spot for them. It’s also kinda great to see him be vulnerable and not afraid to cry a little. He clearly gets that from both of his parents!
Peter also has no fear to kiss Hannah at any and every moment.
His brother called him a hopeless romantic and said that he falls hard. And he told his mom he thinks he found his person. I really hope Hannah feels this for him too! I don’t want to see his heart break.
Peter’s mom told Hannah she just wants the best for her. How sweet is that? Her son might end up heartbroken, but she still wants happiness for Hannah. I have to believe Peter’s a great guy if his mom is like this.
Hi Tyyyyyler I love you!!!! Yet another perfect date with him. He’s so obviously a Florida guy! It’s great to see each of them in their own elements.
Does anyone else just feel like these two seriously belong together? I can’t get past it.
Tyler has such a great confidence that never comes across to me as being cocky. He’s just secure in himself and his feelings for Hannah. I loved when he said, “That’s one of my favorite restaurants – I’ll take you there one day.” Aw!!! If he and Hannah end up together, I’ll be so happy, but I’m not sure if I ever won’t be jealous.
This is when I started realizing it seems like Hannah is more into Tyler than Peter. She just seems to be so, so happy when she’s with Tyler! I can also totally see the two of them dancing together when they’re 80.
I only have two things to say about the family time. 1. Tyler loves his dad, and I love seeing it. 2. I was in such a pleasant shock when his dad said Tyler hasn’t had a lot of girlfriends! I think a lot of us pegged him as a player before the show even started. He seems to prove me wrong every week!!
And the date ends with a sweet moment. I can only imagine being the driver of that car lol. Tyler is definitely my favorite!!
I’m not even sure what to say about this date. In a way, I feel for Hannah because this bible study portion of the date probably meant a lot to her. For anyone with true Christian beliefs, it typically means a lot for a future partner to have a similar faith and belief system. We see some of this in the other guys, but Luke has shown this more than any other. The only sad thing is that I don’t know what to think about it! It’s really hard for us as viewers to trust this moment when we’ve really only been shown his destructive and angry sides. I guess this one is up to Hannah!
Luke’s family obviously knows there’s a side of Luke that isn’t his best personality. I can only imagine that means it would carry on here and there after the show. And they joked (kinda not) about why Hannah would even keep him through that! Hmm. I’m not sure this was too good.
For any of you who watched Emily Maynard’s season, does Jed remind you of Jef?! I never really liked either of them.
At this point, I’m guessing Hannah is just smitten with Jed and his musical abilities. I know we don’t see everything in a two hour episode, but do they ever have real conversation? It’s definitely easy to think you’re falling for someone when they serenade you on your balcony and write songs for you.
Shockingly, Jed’s family seems to be just as bland as he is! I’m not sure what to think y’all. I think I’d just be bored with him.
The show ends with Hannah keeping all for guys at the rose ceremony. This is absolutely a first! I’m not really surprised though, because it did seem like Jed was her favorite, and their date was probably the worst in terms of his family’s thoughts. That makes things hard!!
How are you all feeling about the end of this season? Who did you think should’ve gone home this week?
