We’ve gotten through another Monday… which means we have another Bach episode to recap!!
This date was.. fine. I guess. I just don’t see much personality out of him, do you? Also, are we all going to ignore that fact that he has a girlfriend at home during all of this? I loved when she told him how she knew she was falling for him, but I just can’t enjoy it because he is so awful.
I do feel worried for Hannah, because it looks like she is more into him than any of the other guys. BTW has a Bachelor/Bachelorette ever said “I’m falling in love with you” to someone before hometowns?? I remember years where no one said the love word before hometowns. Now, I think that if there’s someone who hasn’t said it by the time their hometown date ends, they’re probably the last to say it. All of this said, it’s pretty much only the girls/guys on the show saying it to the lead. You rarely hear how the lead feels about his/her people until it’s down to maybe 2 or 3 people. And even that used to be rare!! Hannah is creating a new territory!
But seriously…. when Jed responded with “My heart just fell through the earth,” I just felt sorta weird. I think that he thought that would sound really deep and sincere lol but to me, it felt kinda premeditated.
Loveeee seeing Tyler’s sweet face when he got the one-on-one!!! I think he’s so there for ~the right reasons.~
ALSO so cute that horses freak him out hahah. I just love him.
Hannah is so funny talking to that horse! Watching this season is more than just love and drama, it’s like comedy, too lol.
I seriously love how Hannah drills these guys! We all want to hear about what’s in their hearts.
During the dinner portion of the date, Tyler’s feelings just rolled off the tongue. He even said he’s ready to propose. That’s good to hear!! I wish for Hannah to feel for him the way she feels for Jed.
Sadly, I felt like this was so, so predictable. Either he was going to walk in and send himself home because they haven’t had enough time, or he would pour his heart out and she wouldn’t feel it was right to keep him around when she knows her feelings aren’t there. It was the latter. I liked Connor a lot throughout the beginning, but it seems as though he didn’t really reach out (or stand out) to her enough. Sad for him! He will be so loved by someone else.
Another predictable moment! I feel like it’s been pretty obvious that Mike and Hannah have a lot of fun together, but not an intense connection. I hate when someone is about to get dumped at dinner and they have no clue it’s coming. I definitely like that she went with her gut from the moment he arrived, though. No one should have to sit through dinner talk when they’re inevitably going home in a little bit. She was clearly hurting to send him home, too!
Did anyone else watch the goodbye scene and just imagine how many more times we’d see that if he ends up being the Bachelor?! There’s definitely a theme of whoever is the next Bachelor/Bachelorette having a really heartbreaking exit. Also! Mike’s not my number one choice for Bachelor, but it would be funny for the producers to again pick someone to be the lead who didn’t even get to hometowns week. Hannah was the first!
How are we already seeing the FINAL group date?! I seriously feel like this season just started!
Luke. This just needs to end. I don’t think there’s anyone out there still entertained by his stupid drama. Although… I must say, Garrett really needs to stop going back and forth with him. I like him less and less each time.
Peter is still wonderful!!!! He’s so great with her. I really love seeing them together and think they’re a great pair. It seems like those moments are so sweet and easy for them! This is when I wish she could realize that Luke is so different from the rest.
It has also gotten to the point that I can’t even look at Luke’s face and feel okay about it. I don’t really like seeing them together at all. I won’t hold anything against him as a person but I’m really just done watching him on tv!
Garrett’s “I love you” just didn’t feel genuine enough for me. What did you all think? There’s often a guy that says it just to see if it’ll pull him through one more week.
Okay. Garrett definitely needed to go soon but NOT before Luke. That’s craziness. He wasn’t going to end up with Hannah but it’s sad to see Luke get past another exit. 🙁
Andddd we end with Luke’s evil laugh. Ugh!
I’m not even sure how to feel with this episode. I want more from this season! I love Hannah and her guys, but it has gotten so taken over by the drama. I wanna know, do you tune into the Bachelor/Bachelorette for the drama, the love, or something else? I personally couldn’t care less about seeing them fight. Give me all the love!!!!
